Since 2017, we’ve developed and managed more than 35 campaigns for Pierce College, targeting prospects, applicants, high schoolers, and current Pierce students, both for general enrollment and specific academic programs. Based on thorough research of the western Washington region, we have been able to create successful geofencing and behavioral strategies targeting many demographics, including Spanish and Russian-language campaigns.

Alvin Community College, Texas

Alvin Community College has worked with CLARUS on more than two dozen campaigns focused both on general enrollment and specific CTE programs. We have worked with the college to develop an annual plan strategically designed to reach both prospective students for eight different technical programs and a more general audience for three semester enrollment campaigns. More than 700 ad recipients, more than 16 per cent of those targeted, enrolled in Fall 2019 classes following a three-week campaign. 

San Juan College, New Mexico

Over the past five years, San Juan College and CLARUS Corporation have worked together on more than 80 digital enrollment and general awareness campaigns targeting prospective students for semester enrollment and more than two dozen academic programs. We have also developed an annual site retargeting campaign delivering follow-up ads to visitors to any one of 15 college web pages; used video ads to target specific audiences within the college service area; and managed geofencing campaigns focused on community events and festivals, to promote brand awareness for the college.

REPORTING

Transparency is key in our reporting! Our clients can view the results of their campaign in real-time through our live reporting system. We provide each client a login to a client page which houses all the metrics on every campaign we run for our clients.

Depending on the tactic, this includes impressions, clicks, Click Thru Rate (CTR), Cost Per Click (CPC), Cost Per Thousand (CPM), Visits, Video Watch Rates, Social Engagement, Shares, Reaction and more!

In addition, we provide end of campaign reporting that can include a PowerPoint presentation with detailed information about the campaign, as well as ad hoc reports as needed.

CLARUS can also assist in enrollment matching from any lists provided by the College or purchased lists to assist in completing the ROI circle. 

BENCHMARKING

Not only do we rely on measuring the success of our campaigns by applications and enrollments, we continually compare our results against national education benchmarks to make sure that we are outperforming others—and we are.

Since click through rate (CTR) is viewed as a national benchmark for campaign success, we use it for comparison of our results.
